Elders Update – We Will Rejoice

Marcus encourages us around Habbakuk 3:17 – 19.

Though the fig tree should not blossom,

nor fruit be on the vines,

the produce of the olive fail

and the fields yield no food,

the flock be cut off from the fold

and there be no herd in the stalls,

yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation.

Marcus updates us on all that happened this weekend and gives us more details on our prayer and fasting weekend this weekend. Adele and Lynor talk in detail about our community needs in the light of Covid-19 and how we’re reaching out and helping as a church. Marcus finishes his small series on discipleship in 1 & 2 Timothy in the examples of the soldier, the farmer, and the athlete. He also encourages us around the longevity of COVID-19.
