The Exchange – 7 June
Hidden Treasures
Shattered Hopes and Dreams
with Andrew Mildenhall
This Friday (10 May) is The Exchange as we continue with our series, Hidden Treasures. Andrew Mildenhall will be sharing on the topic, Shattered Hopes and Plans.
“…our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.” – M. Scott Peck.
Andrew has been an SAA pilot for 17 years with 11 000 hours (and counting) of flying and 1 200 hours of flight instruction. Currently he flies on all SAA routes in South Africa and Africa. He’s been an Exco member of SAAPA (South African Airline Pilots Association) and heads up the Operations portifolio which oversees the working conditions of 800 pilots. He’s also been on the salary negotiating team.
Andrew believes that his job truly makes a difference. And that he has the best office window in the world.
